We're still preparing for launch. Here's what you need to know right now.
Is PolePolePay available to use today?
Not yet. PolePolePay is in development. This website is a pre-launch preview and does not accept deposits or process purchases.
Do I have to take a loan to save?
No. The core concept is Save Now, Buy Later: you save towards your purchase before receiving the product. A separate, optional credit feature is being explored for later and would have its own terms and eligibility requirements.
Who will hold customer savings?
Our proposed approach is to work with an appropriately licensed bank or payment service provider to handle funds, settlements and refunds. No customer funds are accepted on this pre-launch site.
Are the prices on the marketplace real listings?
No. All displayed product prices are examples used to demonstrate how savings goals might work. Live products, partner merchants and terms will be announced separately.
Will PolePole Boost offer gadget credit?
PolePole Boost is a future proposal, subject to a suitable licensed financing partner, creditworthiness assessment, affordability checks and applicable approvals. Having saved does not guarantee approval.
Can my shop become a merchant partner?
Yes. We welcome early expressions of interest from electronics, appliance and other suitable merchants. Select “Merchant / business” in the early-access form.
